When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product has its own turnaround time that can be found on the product page & the delivery page. Most items have a 2-4 working day production time before shipping via a next day courier. For accurate delivery times click the delivery button below.
Do You Ship Overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note international orders may incur customs charges - these costs are out of our hand. Please be aware that refunds will not be processed for none payment of customs.
What Is The Shipping Policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. This is due to how quick our orders are printed and is the case across most print companies.For full details on our refunds & returns policy please see below.
What's The Difference Between Labelled & Direct Printed Packaging?
Both labelled and direct printed packaging has its pros & cons. We'll explain that but first what is the difference? Labelled packaging is a plain bag with a laminated vinyl applied, in most instances the label can only be applied one side but we do offer some double sided labelled packaging. There is 4 different print finishes to choose from and the production time is only 1-4 working days! Direct printed bags are as the name suggests, the artwork is printed directly onto the bag on the front, back and bottom of the bags.
Direct Printed or Labelled Packaging?
This is the question we are asked the most but is very much dependant on what the packaging is needed for. If you plan on limited short runs or need your packaging quickly labelled packaging is usually the answer. Direct printed bags however are perfect for those needing a shop quality product or wholesale pricing. We're continuously working to offer recycled materials and biodegradable products. Our glass packaging is now all sourced from recycled glass. We now also offer biodegradable merchandise & mylar bags. We've also partnered with a charity meaning that for every purchase over £25 we will plant a tree to help combat deforestation.
How Quick Is Ready Made Packaging Shipped?
